The visit was structured over two days. Day 1 centred around Genpact’s heritage in Lean Six Sigma methodology and our strategic pivot toward embedding advanced technology solutions. These themes were illustrated through seven concise client presentations. On Day 2, Woolworths’ leaders were invited onto the live operating floors, to experience guided floor walks and real-time interactions
